Integrated Performance Systems, Inc. Announces Change of Name to Global Innovation Corp and Ticker Symbol Change

WYLIE, Texas, November 28, 2006– Integrated Performance Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IPFS), a leading Electronic Manufacturer Services (EMS) company which designs, engineers and manufactures technologically advanced printed circuit boards, announces effective immediately, the Company’s name has been changed to Global Innovation Corp and the Company is now quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the new ticker symbol GINV.

As part of the name and symbol change, Global Innovation Corp has launched a fresh web site (www.globalinnovationcorp.com) introducing the Company’s new global identity, including a new logo, branding image and supporting Product and Services details.

The Company revised its name to more accurately communicate its mission as a leading Electronic Manufacturer Services company focused on quality and specially PCB design platforms and providing a unique suite of supply chain services and delivery solutions.
